Write a simple Android application

Need an emergency response button(should slide or prompt when clicked or some sort to avoid mistake pressing) that sends location and a HELP! SMS to response team(call center agents) that will contact user back to ensure them an ambulance is on it's way to their location. It's a simple app really. It's only a prototype so I won't ask for too much from you. Just these simple things. Hope you can accept my budget as I'm a college dropout who just started a business. I will increase the project payout if I get more funds. Attached are is the psd, and a png image of how you should cut the psd for the button.
