swift/spritekit code

I would like a basic template to make a game in swift and sprite kit set up as a game project in Xcode. The template should have the ability for an skcameranode to respond to a users pan gesture (UIGestureRecognizer) e.g. the game will be a 2000 pixel x 2000 pixel background image and I just want the user to be able to pan around this large image using pan gestures. I don't want the camera to follow any other nodes. just respond to user gestures. I will be adding the additional game elements myself so I don't want any additional or unnecessary code. the final template should be given to me as an Xcode project in the latest version of Xcode and [login to view URL]
