Supply custom OpenGTS/GTS enterprise client

We require an OpenGTS client to send location updates to our server. Please indicate if you are offering the product licensed to us or fully owned by us. Essential Requirements: - Auto-start and runs in the background, cannot be killed or stopped by the user - Settings cannot be changed by the user, but can be accessed and changed by an admin, or via a config file (please specify) - Low battery consumption - Admin configurable update period from 2 minutes to 15 minutes - Stores location update information when offline and uploads this immediately when online again - Uses fused location (not just satellite) Desireable features: - Settings configured through config file which can be placed on the device - Sends battery level - Sends location accuracy - Can be configured for turn-by-turn updates: sends position update when device changes direction of travel more than 20% between GPS polls
