RSSI Reader with tags / Android Mobile Application

I cannot use the supportted android mobile application of "tile tag" with my phone (Samsung Galaxy S-III). I want to android mobile application which is communicated with my phone on Bluetooth 4.0. The aim of this mobile application is that it will measure whole RSS values coming from the tags currently and display the distance between my phone and tag. The functions of the mobile app. are given below; - Displaying categories in the first page - In the second page, listing whole products which are paired with tags before. Also, it should be displayed currently distance between my phone and tag in the list, if my phone is closed as far as 10 meter. - In the third page,if you want to display properties of the selected product, it should be displayed explanation of the selected product. Note : Each tags' brand is "tile" and it can be used any application development platform for this application. The sample of an user interface is given in the appendix.
