Mobile app - Virtual video, audio and live chat meetings/consults and payments with high security

Looking for experienced Mobile App Development specialist who can create a platform for virtual video, audio and live chatting consultations between clients and consultants Key features: -iOS and Android and Web -Client creates account -Client chooses a service that they need and request either an immediate appointment or book an appointment of a future date for consultation - Allow changes to appointments - Automatic SMS and email confirmation of appointment, or changes to appointment -Before the appointment, client fills in forms that are saved securely to their account; client can also upload images, pdf, docs on to their account -Depending on the availability and service picked by the client, different consultants will be assigned -Client and Consultant meet virtually by audio, video and/or live chat -Each consultation is between one client and one consultant but there will be many clients and consultants using the platform - There will be info about the consultant that is assigned to the consultation (click on consultant’s name, shows info) - After consultation, consultants can write reports and letters which will be export into a pdf and upload to client’s profile for the client to view - Consultant can also create reports that only consultants can see but not the client - Consultant and client can choose to send an email attaching the uploaded reports or letters about the client to another person by email - Client payment method is recorded and pays for consultation after it is completed - Payment by credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal - Some consultations may be free; some consultations may start off free and then may require payment in order to proceed further - Clients can provide review about the consultant after consultation - In each client’s account, there will be history of each consultation including chat transcript and it’s relevant documents pertaining to that consultation - Record of payments - All information about the client and all of their documents must be stored very securely with encryption - 2-step authentication Other features: - User friendly and intuitive UI and UX - Fast loading speed We have examples of existing apps of how we want it.
