Hi!! I have gone through your requirement. I have experience in developing IoT based Hardware products based on Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP8266/32. I can implement your project and give you a POC with the following specs - ESP32 IoT Module, PIR Sensor, Wireless Temperature Sensor. The ESP32 IoT module will send data to AWS through MQTT via WiFi. I will then give you a basic Android app(Android is not my core strength!) which will give you a notification and send an email when notification is seen.
