Hi, I am available to make your iOS custom video aspect ratio capture. Here is an overview: (Before you read any further I wanted to point out that I would prefer to make this with Objective-C offering a 2 year technical warranty). Using Apple’s AVFoundation framework I will make a native camera app so that users can capture video at 4:3 aspect ratio, with the same zoom level as capturing photos - exactly as seen the the live preview in the iOS camera app, expect that we will capture video not photos. When the app opens a user will come straight to the camera, the 4:3 ratio live feed will start running, the feed will be to the left hand side (in landscape orientation) or pushed to the top in portrait. The blank space will be filled with a solid colour such as black, and this area will be used to add the start/stop capturing button as well as a button to turn on the torch “flash” if required. I will also need to create an audio session to capture the audio through the microphone and I will interleave these formats into a movie container on the fly, as soon as the use taps stop recording, the video will be written to and saved to the users iOS camera roll with a pop up to let them know it was successfully saved there.
