Android App with timer to send SMS

I need a Professional Android Devoloper .. Please read carfully The idea is simple .. I need App with GUI for the user .. the GUI contain 1 button and 1 timer and 1 text box and a place to select a contact from the contact list . ( pic attached ) this button to allow the user to activate the App or disable it . once the App activated .. the GUI hide and the App work in the background how the App work : suppose the user set the timer for 3 hours and write in the text box " Hi " then he select ( Father ) from the contact list and he pressed the activation button once he pressed the activation button .. the GUI hide .. and the App wait until the phone go to standby mode ( sleep mode ) .. Once the phone go to standby mode ( sleep mode ) .. The App start to calculate 3 hours .. So The 3 hours is calculated only in Standby mode ... if the phone wake up .. the 3 hour reset again .. after 3 hours the user got a notification in the Lock screen asking him .. do you want to send the sms ( yes or No ) Then The App wait for the user feedback in the notification in the lock screen for 1 min .. if he select yes .. then the App send ( Hi ) to ( Father ) .. if the user didn't send any feedback during 1 min .. then the App will consider it Yes and so the App send the SMS Also One more point .. In the SMS text .. you must attach his location from Google Map .. So the SMS test will be ( Hi Father .. location: [login to view URL] ) You need also to ensure that Android Will NOT close the App as it run in the background and consume the battery .. So you need to find a way to except the App from batter optimization You need also to Get a permission for the Contact list and Send SMS from Andrion OS The App should have a permanent very small icon beside the ( clock and battery percentage in the up left side in the screen ) to show to the user that the App is Active .. Ans the user shold have an option to hide this icon So the App sequence will be as below : 0- when the App open for the first time .. it request access permission for sending SMS and access contact list and except the App from battery optimization 1- The user select contact name from his list 2-the user set a timer ( ex: 3 hours ) 3-the user set the SMS text " Hi Father " 4- The user press the activate button 5- the App wait for the phone to go to standby mode and start to calculate 3 hours in sleep mode 6-if the user wake up the phone during the 3 hours .. the app restart to calculate 3 hours from the begining 7- after the 3 hours passed while the phone in sleep mode .. The App show a massage in the lock screen asking the user ( do you want me to send the SMS " with YES or NO buttons" ) 8- the App will wait for the user feedback for 1 min .. if the user didn't send his feedback for this massage during 1 minute .. Then the App will Consider it as YES 9- Then the APP get the user location and add it to the SMS text 10-The App send the SMS .. The SMS content will be ( the text which have been set by the user +The Location ) Ex : ( Hi Father.. location: [login to view URL] ) 11 - the user can confirm that the App is active from the very small icon in the upper side in the phone screen and he should have option to hide it 12 - the App should have an option to start up with the phone if the user restart the phone The requirement to finish the project : 1 : the APK file which Compatible with Android 8 or higher 2 : All the project code files 3 : I need to be able to modify the code in my Laptop ..
