Android App that manages an audio visual dictionary

My app uses a dictionary which is simply a list of "Words". Each word is a String and is assoicated with a sound file and an image file. What I need is an activity that allows the user to edit, add and delete, enable and disable these "Words". Add Word - This is the main work. Besides the String, the user needs to suply an image file (either existing or capture from camera), and a sound file (either existing or recording one). The app will copy the image and sound files to its own location. Edit Word - Edit either the String or replace the image or sound. All these actionns can be copied from the "Add Word" part. Delete Word - Simply delete a "Word" from the list. Enable/Disable - a boolean and a checkbox for each "Word" will choose if the "Word" will be used later on in my app. Basically I have imagined a list view later the user is allowed to Crop it.
