Adding New Features for Existing Wordpress Plugins integrate with Android and iOS.

Hi, We need someone that can help us to adding new features for our Classified Website, Android and iOS which the control will be use on plugin or theme and integrate with Android and XCode. You need to understand Custom Post Types, WP-JSON, Android Studio and XCode programming language. Here is the jobs scope that you need to understand. 1. Adding a new features for setting minimum price base on every categories Admin make. 2. Adding jobs scope number 1 above and implement with bidding minimum price and also let bidder raise their bidding automatically based on seller bid raise minimum price. Seller also have the option to put their Bidding Raise Price too. 3. Adding comment on Video, Photos and can be share with others outside of platform. 4. Add new Share style which is, whenever users share their profile, photos, iOS, it will be directly shown to the apps. Example, right now, all Share only base on our website only. What we need is, if someone share within Mobile Apps, the link will be use is from Mobile Apps only and when someone click the link, photo etc.. they will be directly go to the platform from which users use to share their products. 5. Add new function for users to upload their videos to all platform. Website, Android and iOS. 6. Change existing Mobile Verification SMS to Facebook Account Kit or Whatsapp Verification (New from FB Kit), Auto Detect Country Code Number from Facebook Account Kit too. 7. Make Push Notifications for list below:- - New Bidding / Bid Raise - New Message - Approved/Deleted/Edit Ads - All most all function on Android and iOS must be have Notifications. 8. Change from Google Maps to Mapbox API or OpenStreet. 9. Add attachment function for Chat/Messagebox. 10. Message and Call button use for Verified Phone Number or Account Verifications only. If sellers didn't Verified their number or Account, others user can make a call or send a message. 11. Before users register, they need to choose registration user type and make a new registration form which they need to put their Identity Card (IC) number inside their profile. If we receive a report about this person being a scammer, we warning for 3 times, and block them without notice and they can't use the IC number again. This IC number only visible to the owner. The users type base on Normal, Seller, Wholesaler. Please understand that we need someone that fully understand how Wordpress work, WP-JSON, Android and XCode only.
