Create an Android Live Wallpaper app

I need an android live wallpaper application created. The app will need to have option to choose from 3 different wallpaper designs: 1) Similar to this: [login to view URL] 2) Similar to this: [login to view URL] 3) Similar to this: [login to view URL] They need to be animated. A few other settings such as: 1) Increase density of rays 2) Increase speed The app must be compatible with vertical and horizontal view. The app must be compatible with android phones and tablets. The app must be compatible with all the latest versions of android (2.2 and up, including 4.1 Jellybeans) This is a test project, several more will come so best/lowest bid will be awarded.
