Write an Android application

Lukup Media is looking for Sr Android developer who can join our team that is building systems for packaging, delivering and billing content and advertising that we deliver to consumers on set top boxes and mobile devices. Candidate should have minimum 4-6 years of exp working on Android. Hands-on Android/ Mobile Java development experience. Integrating new browsers, media player, network and storage drivers, and touch screen devices to Android. Expert level knowledge of Android SDK and NDK, device APIs and development tools. Developing newer and custom APIs on top of basic Android APIs Front end development experience, with focus on providing high quality user experience is essential. Working knowledge of some MySQL lite. Willingness to do what it takes to deploy a great solution. Strong troubleshooting skills. Computer graduate with high Integrity, Good communication, Analytical and presentation skills, Team management/coordination. Passion for product development and in solving complex engineering problems. Lukup Media operates India's first on-demand and multi-screen TV service. The TV platform is based on the Lukup Player, a consumer product that can be used a pure OTT, hybrid Set top box, and Broadband gateway device. Lukup Media partners content providers, operates an IP head end and network for OTT content, and also operates subscriber management and billing systems for the TV platform. We design, develop, manufacture, distribute and service our products. Work location: Bangalore
