Simple offline Android app

Hi, I have a website for tracking personal expenses. The site is free, so don't expect a big budget here ($100 max, but price will be a factor) :) What I need is an Android app that will work fully offline for the users to use when in roaming. The main features should be: 1. Download the category and payment means list from the main site (requires login) 2. Track expenses with downloaded categories OFFLINE 3. Upload the expenses to the main site when you get to the internet (requires login) The site is in .net and I would prefer web services for steps 1 and 3, but I'm open to suggestions here. So, the app must be completely offline in step 2. These are the full requirements: 1. Download categories and payment means 2. Add expense (fields: date, category (hierarchy), amount, description, payment mean, installments) 3. Add income (fields: date, category (hierarchy), amount, description, payment mean) 4. View transactions with edit/delete transaction / Clear all transactions 5. Upload transactions (with optional clear transactions on sucessfull upload) This can be organized in a few screens, as not to clog the main screen. I have a mobile web site that can be used as a template. Also, a sum of income/expenses must be visible on the screen, as well as the logo of the site. We will agree on full specs when we make contact. If there are any questions, ask away. I will need a full source. This is not negotiable. Thanks!
