add activation requirement to already designed android project

I have designed my app. It is now ready to get exported as apk. But due to lack of experience, I could not make it to require activation when run on devices what I want: manipulate the already designed project to add the capability of: 1- Activation or registration code to be consumable- means that only once it is required and after that, the app run smoothly without asking for activation again. 2- append device's ID to the activation code so that one person with one activation code should not be able to unlock the app in endless devices. 3- the activation code is checked with my online database for validation. Note: the app is for android devices and will not be distributed through google play. Alternative solution to safeguard the app will be welcomed and negotiated. cheers
