Hello Sir, With the current features of Outlook this is very hard to achieve. However this all can be done by developing a customized Outlook Add-in. This shall provide a new custom interface from within Outlook to manage Emails by moving them into a separate Database and managing everything from there. All the users shall have an access to that interface and shall be able to manage the respective company function accordingly.
