Ninja Trader 8 custom strategy

I have a position sizing indicator that calculates how many contracts I should trade based on my account size. I can select dollar or percentage for my risk. There is a button on the top menu bar that I can toggle on and off. When I turn it on three horizontal lines appear on the chart. Entry stop and target. When I move the entry and stop it calculates how many contacts I should trade, if the position is long or short, as well as the R multiple and dollar amount risked. I can send you the source code for your review. What I want done is almost the same thing except I would like to be able to submit orders from it. I think this would be best done as a strategy that also functions like an indicator. I would like the ability to set a max daily loss where positions would be automatically liquidated and chart trader would be locked or disabled until a specified time. This would have the ability to be configured using dollar amount or percentage. This would be for a specific account, I want the ability to set different risk parameters for different accounts. I would also like the ability to submit orders once my entry, stop, and target are in the correct place. A button added to the entry line "submit order" is what I want. I would like it to be able to automatically determine if I use a stop or limit order. If the market is above my entry and I want to buy it should be a limit. If the market is below my entry and I want to buy it should be a stop limit. If the market is above my entry and I want to sell I will use a stop limit. If the market below my entry and I am selling it should be a limit. I would also like the ability to take multiple positions in the same direction when profitable and it calculate my risk. For example, I set my risk to 0.25% per trade and I take a trade. The trade is now $100 in profit and I would like to enter another position. The next time I set my entry, stop, and target I would like the indicator to calculate 0.25% of risk, plus my $100 of profit so I can increase my size without risking more than 0.25%. This calculation would ONLY be for open unrealized profit, trades already completed would have no bearing on this calculation.
