Motorbike Safety & Specs Engineering Report

I'm seeking a licensed engineer to provide a comprehensive report for my motorbike. This report needs to detail the alteration made for a seat loop that has been welded to the existing bike frame. The structure of the frame hasnt been altered I have only added a steel loop for a seat to added to the bike. Attached diagram showing loop specifications. Plugs inserted into the frame and then the frame welded over the loops and joined to the frame Key Areas: - Frame Integrity: A thorough examination and feedback on the structural integrity of the motorbike’s frame.
