Idea Overview: A multi platform software for PC/tablet/Mobile. To control the use of equipment to prevent loss/theft. Drivers use barcoded clock cards. create a database that can be modified ( New starters/leavers ). Each piece of equipment ( sack barrow/trolley, hook etc ) to be barcoded. To scan drivers clockcard which opens 2nd window to scan equipment. Scan equipment stays under driver until driver returns and clock card / equipment rescanned to confirm items returned. also option for equipment to be "maintained" To be used all day 7 days a week, each day must able to be saved for reference/query and the ability to delete info at "administrator level"

I would search the web and find at least three loss prevention software suitable for your needs. Let me know the magnitude of this problem within your company. If you lose three tablets each year then we should not be wasting your time and money with this. How much do you spend each year in insurance to protect your portable equipment? How many insurance checks did you collect in the last three years and the amount? (I mean insurance claims related to portable equipment only) I can keep your company safe and profitable. Maybe you are paying too much on insurance. I will look int that if you hire me to reduce your fixed costs. Do you have a purchases guy searching for better insurance all the time or are you a very small company?
