Small Magento tasks vers. 2

Its about the website www.lillesko.dk. As everyone can see its a redirect from the start and that's not a optimal solution. Therefore I need the site to be moved from the folder (Magento) to the root. I just don't have the knowledge to know whether I'm missing something. Secondly there is a newsletter button which is not working. When you write an email and press Enter you will be signed up for the newsletter but if you press the button you get an error. This need to be fixed. Lastly I need a direction to where I change the informations that the customers write in the purchase formular. I have no idea where to change that. This is so to speak a guidance I'm looking for. If anyone could help me with this I will be very happy. Please let me know needed informations from me. One additional: - Upgrade magento from 1.4.1 -> 1.7 incl. fixing bugs. The process for this should be: 1. Full backup of site 2. Create demo 3. Upgrade in demo 4. Test in demo 5. Join order from old datatabase to new database(from upgrade) 6. Move to live site All four task is to be done in three days. After ending each task and short evaluation is to be done.
