Hide Product Pricing for Non-Logged In Users

Some manufacturers do not allow us to display pricing for their products on the frontend. In this case, we need to be able to mark these products in the admin. To achieve this, we need to modify the admin and the front end. Changes to Admin We will create a product attribute that can be set for each product We need an configuration input in System > Configuration > Catalog where admin user can enter a message to display instead of the price. Changes to Front End If a user is NOT LOGGED IN, Magento should not display add to cart buttons, configuration drop downs or prices anywhere on the front end. Instead, it should show the message that was set in System > Configuration > Catalog. Our suggestion of the best way to achieve this is to dynamically change the CSS style to prevent the display of the prices, add-to-cart buttons and configuration options so they cannot be seen by the NOT LOGGED IN USER. You must confirm that this approach will work in your bid or state an alternative (easy to implement) approach. There is a detailed requirements document available to the successful bidder.
