**Ninjagold Logo..** Small background This will be the first part of launching a new service around online gaming auction site. Think a mix between ebay(tm) and and trading forum. This site will cater to many ages across many cultures. 1) Must look good against a black or white background. (Adding a white border is enough sometimes. Your call.) 2) Don't violate anyones copyrighted material. 3) Website is ninjagold (No need to put .com after it.) 4) My first idea that I'm partial to is below, but before I get to that. I'm quite open to the designer having some creative license. Here is a stockphoto I will buy at designers request. [login to view URL] This is a vector graphic which I think could be a good base start to the idea I have of a peaceful ninja. I idea is a ninja in a peaceful position following the pending trademark "No more fighting over deals". Suggestions: a) Change gender of char to male, but I'm open b) Put in black/your judgement of black combo c) Not quite so skinny, but also doesn't have to be massive d) Sword across lap.. maybe holding in hands.. or a clearly sheathed sword behind him/her 5) No animation 6) Recognizable.. (Seeing it once or twice and you'll remember it) 7) Not offensive 8) "Ninjagold" in a stylish font that fits with the logo, but not overlapping any part. Font also must be readable. (This is a very minor point in the logo.) 9) Not too complicated (Will it work for a business card?) 10) What I 99% do **NOT** want to see.. a) Karate/kung fu/kicking.. Anything a ninja wouldn't normally do. b) Any overly attractive anime character. (There's some grey area if you have a good idea. Ask first.) c) Lots of Gold color. gold coins. pots of gold.. or anything like that. ## Deliverables 1) Original vector graphic in unflattened format. The font should be converted to vector paths before delivery and also included as another file or two. (If you have both Mac and Windows version.) 2) Smaller more friendly version of logo which has been flatted or whatever, but still in vector format. 3) gif or png in web ready format 4) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform 1) vector graphic in Macromedia .png or Adobe Illustrator format (.ai I think) for Windows. 2)gif/png in web ready format viewable in firefox version 1+ or internet explorer 6+
