Upgrade my Bigbluebutton service

Hi Marcos, Thanks for inviting me to bid. Hope you’re doing fine. I can help you with the upgrade from 1.1 to 2.0 - however, it’s not going to be straightforward. Version 1.1 is quite old. Even 2.0 has been around for more than 2 years now. Much of the documentation regarding upgrade from 1.1 to newer versions are now replaced by documentation for upgrading from 2.0 to the latest version. How many recordings might you have? Where is your BBB hosted at? Can we take a complete backup before trying anything? Regarding customisation, that is straightforward. Don’t worry about it. I recently did some basic customisation for a Saudi Arabian client - [login to view URL] - I also changed their default presentation [login to view URL] So, I think we can start discussing about it and I will start researching about things to keep in mind while attempting the upgrade.
