Hello Im Sourish, I'm a Linux, asterisk, network expert. I have been working on lot of Virtulization platforms. I would suggest you to go for proxmox or virtualizor for your requirement. I have hands on experinec on both the platform. Its extreamly easy to manage these and both have pretty easy GUI. Both support dedicated IP assignment to VM. I think we can discuss in detail and It would help us to freeze a solution. You can try it with me and if you are satisfied then you can pay me.
