Hi I can look at this issue. It appears you may have a bug in your website code which hangs the process execution leading to timeout from the web server. I can track down where the problem likely to have and suggest a remedy to your code base to fix such issues. I have handle such issues in the past where the backend code stuck in doing something and gets hangs and web server read timeout kicks in and giving this 502 timeout error page. Its possible your firewall is misconfigured as well causing this type of errors to popup. But need access to the system to properly evaluate the scenario.
