Office greeting program

Summary I'm looking for someone to design an office virtual reception / greeting system. When someone comes up to the desk, they should be greeted by the system and from the option of people presented, be able to send them a message to let them know they are waiting in the lobby. Requirements Works on a Raspberry pi and 7 inch touch screen Design the UXUI with my assistance Works on Ubuntu as a stand alone web application (apache, ngix?) Can fit varying screen sizes, initial screen is 7 inches Works on touch screen Manually add people and/or from Google G Suite API list of people, email and phone number (but I can decide who and who is not listed to contact). Email addresses should not be shown. Emails the employee Extras Records a voice note and takes their photo Dial's their phone extension
