100 PR2+ Permanent Quality Backlinks

I need 100 PR2+ permanent, quality backlinks quick for an education-related website. This is a test project strictly limited to 100 links and $50. Bids higher than $50 will not be considered. Requirements: • 100 PR2+ one-way, static, HTML text backlinks (PR is for the page with the backlink - not the homepage or any other page of the site). • At least 50 backlinks must be followed - no more than 50 may be nofollow. • One link per domain • Page must have been indexed by Google within the last 60 days • No link farms, file sharing forums, classifieds, dynamic links, link-exchange, spam sites, porn, gambling, drug, hacking, hate or pharmacy sites • No blog comment spamming • You agree to replace any link I do not find suitable WHITE-HAT ONLY. NO BLACK-HAT TECHNIQUES. All work must be done MANUALLY. I will provide you with the URLs and keywords to be used for anchor text. When you are finished, you will me with an excel file containing the URLs of all the pages where the links are located, along with the site name, site type, IP address, PageRank, and date placed. You will be paid after the work has been checked and approved. If I like your work, we will continue to use your services in the future.
