COLD CALLING is the most valid approach for convincing a busy manager in DC area. Calling the manager in the heat of the day with full load of work is irritating way on his/her part, you can't convince him/her to take a call then by just offering him the cleaning services of your company. However if he's/she's not that busy already then he/she will sit down and opens social media networking sites on her laptop and check his/her email inbox, and there with an email message from me WITHOUT PRESSURE on him/her then an assessment overview could be imposed and in his/her not pressured time surely he/she will contemplate that indeed cleaning services will be needed, THAT IS COLD CALLING.
