Full stack Laravel programmer needed for a new project

I want to build a website to gather local renovators specialize in selected newly built condominium blocks. This allows new house owners of a newly completed condominium block to easily find specialist renovators with affordable yet accurate ready solutions. I am looking for a PHP programmer using Laravel to help me build this website. From past experience, once I posted a job online, there will be hundreds of applicants all claiming they are the best person to do the work. They display their fake CVs, fake portfolios, manipulated fake ratings etc. I have enough of these. No more fakes. If you are really an experienced programmer, and to bid for this job, you must answer all the questions below reading together with the attached wireframe. This will allow me to judge if you are experienced enough. Those who bid the job without even reading this will be graded a 1 star. You will only be considered when you manage to answer all my questions regardless of your platform ratings. My questions are as below. Screen 2 All Year dropdown. How are you going to make the year selection dynamic? -Show 5 years above current year -Summation of all years below “current year minus 3” -Insert historical years up to 1970 below “Below XXX” for selection Screen 3 -When the user clicks the “Location” button. How are you going to open a user's google map (google map app or chrome) and pre-insert “Project name” + “State” + Search? -What image size will you use for the thumbnail size? Screen 4 -How are you going to encode the URL so competitors cannot use tools such as Python to crawl and extract our data? -What image size will you use for mobile and desktop views respectively for performance? Screen 5 -When a user is sharing a link via Whatsapp or Facebook. How are you going to display the meta image, meta description in the shared link? Do you know the image requirement and text requirement for them to show up while sharing the link? Please explain your approach in setting up the email sending. How to avoid sending to the spam mailbox of the receiver. How are you going to prevent email phishing activities in case the 3rd party library has loopholes? Screen 7 We will wrap the entire website with a mobile app shell to be uploaded to the App Store and Playstore (by another person, if you are not familiar with this). Only the splash screen (Screen 1) will be native in the mobile app. The native screen (with the app shell) will be used for the following purpose -Auto login session. Since the mobile app login screen is not native and is webview. To create the same auto-login feeling in an app, the backend will need to generate a unique code for each mobile app user for auto login via URL. Have you done similar work before? Explain your approach how after a user “logout”, he will not be able to auto login until he log-in again. (yes, sounds easy but some developers fail to do this.) -Push notification. How are you going to supply the API and lead the frontend user to the specific page once clicked. General -Propose your view on how to develop this application better. -Your approach on frontend.
