Write some Software

I need a slideshow that does not use flash. It should use HTML5, Javascript and XML. The slideshow will have a fixed background and the slides are text images that will overlay on the background. Each slide will also have a corresponding audio played (3-5 second mp3). The slideshow will use an XML file that holds the text images and audio. If there is a way to actually use text instead of text images then that would be better. The text has to be positioned at the right position to correspond to the background. For example, the background is a letter and the title/name for the letter is what changes like a slideshow. Whenever the title/name is displayed an mp3 audio of the name is also played. For each name/slide an audio plays.
