Senior Front-End Developer (Vanilla JS, React) Job Description: We are seeking experienced Senior Front-End Developers to join our dynamic team on a freelance basis. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining our existing web applications written in Vanilla JavaScript and React, as well as developing new projects. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and enhance existing web applications written in Vanilla JavaScript and React. - Develop high-quality, responsive, and scalable front-end applications for new projects. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. - Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. - Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation. Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Senior Front-End Developer. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and JavaScript object model. - Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles. - Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). - Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript. - Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., [login to view URL]). - Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL. - Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token. - Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc. - Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. - A knack for benchmarking and optimization. - Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Additional Requirements: - Good communication skills and fluency in English. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - A portfolio showcasing your front-end development projects.
