To make member management more efficient, I would like to develop a kintone app and allow kintone/garoon to connect. 【Request Contents】 ①Main developments: · Development of Kinton app that realizes the attachment management system flow Establishment of a system for “trial participant registration,” “regular member registration,” “membership claim registration,” “confirmation of membership fee remittance status,” “membership fee remittance registration,” “member information change registration,” and “withdrawal registration” by kintone. ・Construction of an automatic linkage system between member information constructed with Cybouzu and the above systems. · Establish an automatic email delivery system to test participants, regular members, and secretaries · Establishment of a reference screen system for the above management ③ Manual writing: · Creation of a manual on operation methods for secretaries and members (A screenshot of the operation screen is attached to make it easier for beginners to understand) ※Note: Until the “trial participant” pays the annual fee, he or she will be treated as an outsider, and we would like to restrict access to Garoon file management, etc., which is built exclusively for members.
