I need a script/program written that i can run on a windows PC to rename over 30,000 images from its existing name to another. The images are all named starting with the current product number. Example: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] It should request a CSV file of current product number to new product number. Example 112548, 112254 1124456, 111222 If there is no match on the file name the product number (example 1124567) the file name should append a _NOMATCH to it. Result, the file names will then be: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Please respond with a fixed price quote, how long its going to take you and if you have done this type of work before. Job needs to be completed in 5 days.

Hi, i m serious freelancer with 100% completion rate and i believe i can help you. Since you have CSV file (old - new product number), the easiest way to accomplish this is using Excel macros. If you have an office installed on your computer, i can write you a simple macro that will show a form and ask you to provide a path to a folder with pictures and to provide a path to CSV file. Once selected macro will loop through all pictures in the folder, extract the name, check for the name in CSV file and rename the picture. So, if you are interested message me and let me know. I have several years of scripting and programming experience. File manipulation like you have described is very easy and won't take very long at all to complete. 2 days is the max amount of time it could take, but if there are no unforseen issues I could see having it done in less than a day.
