Meditation Website with updateable text

My 75 year old mother runs a small Christian meditation group, that meet every week and have the occassional outing. I want you to create a website that is VERY easy to run and VERY easy to operate. She has very little computer skills. So this has to super easy - no complications, undestandable on-sight. Think notepad versus microsoft word. We want notepad. Most of this site is on one page, with one side bar The features of this site. _ A clean spiritual design with a Flash side or top. - a calendar of events, schedule . - a updateable interactive notice board visible on the front page My mum should enter a log-in on the side panel and immediately be able to edit the current newsletter. For an example of an updateable website see [login to view URL] (no connection to me) - a form for people to contact them (anti-spam) via email - links created to various christian meditation sites. - a way for members to create an accout and have access to a simple forum. When members create an account it has to be approved. - a simple way for her to add members emails and names - if my mum logs in, a button should be available. Send email to all members. - a newsletter creation button. this brings here to a new page where a template prompts her for news. When complete, it saves it as the latest newsletter and is available from the sidebar on main page. Previous newsletters are available as archives. - Ability to upload photos by her to another page.
