Fix FLV videos in IE

Please read this entire post before biding. For some reason when I view my website I can not see all my flv videos in Internet Explorer. The first video works and its the wrong video. When I view it in firefox all the videos are perfect. The website is [login to view URL] If you know what you are doing this should be a quick fix. Should probably take you less than a hour. I am willing to pay $15 max for this project Please include a private message with your bid and let me know that you will be able to do it for $15 and please explain that you understand the problem and know what you need to do to fix it.
