Sounds like all you need is to hook up the django registration app and configure the templates to your site - this is quite straight forward and I would be happy to help out in your task. I have 5 years of experience in Django, various DB backends(MySql, PostGres, Oracle), various JS libraries ( JQuery, YUI, Simile, ...) and extensive SVN experience.
