ASP.NET with GoogleMap

Hi I have an ASP.NET page that displays GOOGLE MAP which is attached. It contains a third party control which I don't have access [login to view URL] can use it, add to it or rebuild it from scratch. But this is what I want. (1)When the map loads it should default/center to a specified Longitude and L attitude (2)On the right hand side of the map, there are list of locations which when clicked should popup (Add html tables with image and description) (3)The list of location should come from an XML file, this is an xml file on the system NOTE: You can use the DLL or create a new DLL or add to a DLL or use your own coding with out the DLL. I will only pay $30.00 only and I need this solution before 11th November 2012 23.59
