Wireshark LUA for Some TLS1.2 Packets

I need a Wireshark LUA written which will decrypt certain TLS1.2 packets. There is a Wireshark dissector done for TLS1.2 already so it is just a matter of converting the dissector to LUA. I need the following packets done via LUA: 1. Client Hello (and extensions) 2. Server Hello (and extensions) 3. Encrypted handshake packet 4. Application data record packet I will pay up to $100 for this project. I can provide a Wireshark packet trace as input.
