Develop a java GUI program that pulls Yahoo stocks quote information and displays it in program

Create a GUI program in Java that uses the Observer design pattern and strategy design pattern. Use Eclipse to develop the program. Create two observers to display the information using GUI. Your program will allow the user to select a stock symbol from a list of given symbols and select a strategy from a list of strategies to determine whether they should buy, sell, or hold the stock. One observer takes the data and displays it on the screen, while the other display will be sent a message, buy, sell, or hold, depending on what strategy is used. Use the strategy pattern to allow the user to select from four different strategies. You will have four strategies/algorithms that implement this interface and determine whether the user should buy, sell, or hold. Ex strategy... buys if stock change is greater than 10%, sells if stock price is 10% lower than previous close, holds otherwise.
