java program with two tier security

I have a simple java emulator that I use on my PC ( running in vmware on xp ) so it works with one of my cables. It has some security , the security is two tier based. The emulator checks for the "Volume Serial Number" and the Hardware Serial number , both of which must match the security check built into the emulator before it will start up and start working.... I have my software and also the USB security key. But I want to remove the need for this security key now and take out the security all together as I dont want to have to carry the usb key around, and I want it to use the emulator on different PCs at the same time in different locations. If you unplug the usb and try running it all it says is dongle not found... Please PM me if you want to see the program.
