The perfect candidate Will be a happy high vibe female Trustworthy Excellent English writing and Speaking Skills Must have uninterrupted internet connection Must have excellent computer skills Must be available to follow up with leads via Google voice number ( have your own spreaker and microphone to do that) Must be able to operate in ETC (NYC) time zone Responsibilities Include Blogging Weekly Newsletter Email Responding Appointment scheduling Facebook Prospecting. Online Prospecting and Networking Help me develop a chain email system Calling prospects and scheduling them for an in person call with a different agent via online calendar Internet research of upcoming events Reaching out to past clients and warm leads Confirming calls and Scheduled appointments Scheduling Sales and Promotions in private facebook group, facebook page. Keeping track and sticking to a yearly promotion schedule. Research upcoming Silent Auction and Galas in the area that we can donate to Reach out to past clients regarding leaving testimonials Keep all leads highly organized in our CRM software + keep reaching out to leads who have not responded the first time Booking confirmations and emails. Setup clients in Dubsado (CRM software - will share access) Email List building
