Help me with Internet Marketing with California College Students

I want you to research all local colleges (community college (2yr) and 4 year colleges ) in Northern California (Only). Find out the local college newspaper which is being published, the contact information to advertise in the paper and the cost of advertisement. This information should be summarized and provided in excel sheet. Incomplete information or missing colleges/papers will result in non payment for this work. Need someone who is a good internet researched and has attention to details. Secondly, find the best way to market to these Indian college students in San Jose/Bay area.
