Email Database, Investors in Commercial Real Estate

Continental Advisors is seeking proposals for development of an email/contact database for COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE INVESTORS either domiciled or operating in the SOUTHEASTERN region of the US, with primary emphasis on the FLORIDA market area. The email/contact database will be segmented by state, city and zip code. The commercial real estate investor database will include developers, corporate and institutional investors, individual investors, and owner/users for all types of single and multi-tenant commercial real estate asset classes. The database developer shall target any individual or corporation that owns individual properties valued in excess of $5 million or portfolios in excess of $10 million. The commercial real estate database shall be utilized for email marketing, direct mail, etc. The database must contain email/contact addresses with a delivery rate greater than 85%. We are also seeking in a separate proposal for development of an email/contact database for established COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE BROKERS operating in the SOUTHEASTERN region of the US, with primary emphasis on FLORIDA. The commercial real estate database shall be utilized for email marketing, direct mail, etc. The database must contain email/contact addresses with a delivery rate greater than 85%.
