A freelancer is required to temporarily join our team and contact around 1000 leads (HR managers) on behalf of SelfLeaders, primarily via phone calls but also through emails. The right candidate will speak fluent English, however additional language skills are also favorable. We require experience in telemarketing and also that the right candidate will have a inviting personality that comes across even over the telephone.
The aim for this marketing project is to invite European based HR Managers (primarily UK and Netherlands to start with) to a half day session hosted by a SelfLeaders facilitator, introducing a process for how to work with personal values, building trust and learn some exercises to bring back to their workplace.
SelfLeaders will also introduce our digital value based tool which is simple and effective to use for continuous development and effective decision-making in everyday work.
More information and details will be provided when we have decided who will take on this telemarketing assignment. A guide for the marketing phone call and follow up email will also be provided.
