Develop 100,000 Facebook Targeted Fan Base

We need to acquire 100,000 targeted Facebook Fans for our Facebook Fans page. Targeted fans to be from within the dating, seduction, and love matters discussion Facebook groups. However, this is not a problem as such groups are abundant in Facebook. Both gender types, ie men and women, are acceptable. To begin off, you will first need to develop a Facebook Fans page for our website. Not very particular so long as it gains the fanbase we want from these targeted groups. Note: -You must acquire these members in a way that will NOT get the Facebook Fans page banned or suspended. -WE WILL NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENT IF THE PAGE IS SUSPENDED. 1) all fans must be real people (no fake accounts) 2) all fans must have 50+ friends and photos 3) all fans must have status updates that go back max 30 days 4) 100,000 fans must be unique We need to have login access to the Facebook Fan page to do random checks on the selected bidder's work from time to time, as the project progresses.
