automotive website - requires pr4+ links

Hello, I have a wide range of websites all in the auto industry, so if possible I'd be looking from links from the automotive industry which will have more relevance to my websites. If the quality of work is good I will be looking to work with the person/company over and over again. To start off with I'm after 40 links from PR4+ from a high quality source as mentioned above the more links come from the automotive world the better. Requirements Links must be permanent, relevant, dofollow, page ranks must be 3-6 average page rank must be 4 or above, one way, non-reciprocal and static Links deployed over time - 3 to 5 links per day. No drop domains either that have not passed the page rank yet and not cached. All links must be search engine friendly – no dynamic links, redirects, 301, 302, meta-refresh, javascripts, flash links, graphics, cloaking, frames, banned sites, blog spamming, spam sites, scraped content sites, mirror sites, or sites with lots of ads and pop ups. Links must be manually submitted no automated software of any kind, white hate SEO only. Suppose thats enough you get the picture by now. I'm willing to pay 25% at front and the rest upon completion I will check over the links and make payment. Thanks for your time!
