I have a free directory(with around 1,5k of visitors per month and the Alexa Rank of around 77 000) and am selling text links on the left side-bar of the website. I will discuss with the person that I will hire on what prices seem the fairest and will share 30% profits with the person. If more than 5 sales will be made, that will go up to 50%. :) Hope to talk to you soon!
