Bulk Email Sending

Looking for a reliable, experienced bulk email sender to send 100k to 500k emails at a time to a non opt-in list. Must have dedicated server / multiple IPs etc This will definitely be ongoing regular work for a winning bidder that proves their service is reliable and effective. Before I will accept a bid, I need a small sample of at least 5k (preferably 10k) emails sent with a full report on completion. DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO PROVIDE A SAMPLE. Project Requirements: 1) Use a sophisticated program that allows for each email to be sent and addressed individually, so the recipient's email address is shown and his/her name in the greeting (no undisclosed recipients or BCCs) 2) Remove all the bounces, unsubscribe request and complaints from the list; 3) Scrub the list against any spam trap data you can provide; 4) Return clean lists to me in an excel file; 5) Send daily reports (open-rate, click-throughs, etc) 6) Not get caught for spamming (but if you do, you need to deal with the complaints and make sure the campaign continues)
