Project - Construction Prints and Chief Architect File

I have designed a concept home layout in Chief Architect. I need an architect to work with me to finish it to create a proper 3D and prints. Included I need the following: - Review my design for how to make the layout and framing more cost effective - Adjust dimensions per my inputs and review floor plans for suggestions on better interior design, etc. - Adjust design with your expertise, add driveway and other exterior features like decks, lighting sconces, etc - Add and detail the property lot from a Google Maps view (I also have a plot plan) - Add materials and proper dimensions to all rooms and the design as whole so that the 3d view is accurate for materials - Add fixtures including kitchen, bath, etc - Develop a full framing plan including the trusses generated to be able to quote from a list - Generate 2D sheets including plot plan, elevations, foundation plan, 1st floor plan and 2nd floor plan, interior elevations with materials, wall elevations and finishes, etc. - Cross-section of framing and floors, including headers, insulation, etc (I have sample prints you can reference) - Wall bracing plan for wind load - Landscaping plan - Power and lighting plan - Basic sewer, plumbing and hvac plan - Materials list Thanks, I will give you my Chief Architect plan file and work with you to complete it. You can see a work in progress attached to the posting. Your deliverable will be the finished plan file for Chief Architect that has all of the sheets in the program. The expectation is that you are providing full construction documents.
