OFFICE LAYOUT

I am looking for a freelancer who can assist me in designing the layout for a large office space that is more than 3000 sq ft. The main purpose of this office space is for mixed-use, including workstations for employees and meeting and conference rooms. Specifically, I require the following features in the office layout: - Private offices: I need designated private offices within the space to provide privacy for Directors ( 6 of them ) - Open plan: While private offices are needed, I also want to incorporate an open plan layout to foster collaboration and communication among employees. - Specific number of workstations/rooms: I have a specific number of workstations and rooms that need to be included in the design. The freelancer should be able to accommodate these requirements while ensuring an efficient and functional layout. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Interior design: The freelancer should have a strong background in office interior design, with experience in creating functional and aesthetically pleasing layouts. - Space planning: They should be proficient in space planning, taking into consideration the size and purpose of the office space to maximize its potential. - Knowledge of office furniture and equipment: It would be beneficial if the freelancer has knowledge of office furniture and equipment, as they will need to select and incorporate suitable furnishings into the design. This is an Airline office...so Training Room for 15 People is needed as well as Conference room for 12 people.
