Hi, In the example it looks more like an image/animation put on top of a video. Is that what you would like it to be? or is it more like interactive 3d model that you would be able to rotate? Anyways i can do both 3d and 2d design, with video editing and animation. If needed complex animation i have some good animator available to join the work. Will be done in 2-3 days. 400$. Of course the price may vary.
